Many protests started in several mosques despite the tight security blockage that thugs and secret security forces had imposed. The protests were notably big at the mosques of Saleeq, Abdulra’oof, Fawwaal, and qafeesh. Ordinarily, protestors used to surround mosques to prevent thugs and security agents from coming closer. However, we were stunned today by the overwhelming presence of security forces. They cracked down so brutally and immediately oppressed and dispersed any gathering to eliminate any potential formation of protests. Protesters ran away towards the regions of Sindyaneh and Al Eeb where more security forces were hiding there and trapped people arbitrarily arrested most of them. To scare other protesters, they executed a peaceful protester, on the spot, with three bullets in the chest–in front of others. From where I was standing, I was able to see the execution clearly and I saw the officers who shot the protestor, and I can recognize them.
Security forces then collected the motorcycles and set them on fire and filmed everything, seemingly to be able to claim later on that all this was all done by armed gangs.
This information could not be delivered on time due to the communications being cut off and many security checkpoints set up, and cars of the security forces and the Shabiha (armed government thugs) still roaming the streets of the city
