Statement #2 by residents under siege in Latakia
Given the siege applied on our neighborhoods, and the economic difficulties those under siege are facing, we – the people under siege in Latakia – declare a partial civil disobedience through refraining from paying bills (electricity, water, phone) and all forms of taxes. We call on people in other cities to join the initiative.
