Homs: A 17 year Naser Al-Sabe’ was kidnapped by thugs which are led by Loai Al-Maleaf on 7-21. He died as a result of brutal torture and his body was thrown away where his family found it on Monday. Al-Maleaf is a laid off army security memeber for the last 2 years. Currently,he leads a security thugs gang in Homs &he conduct acts of beating and kidnapping of young men from the districts of Asheera & Karm Zaytoon.
