Damascus: About 200 lawyers sit on today noon in the lawyers’ hall in the Justice Palace. One of them announced that this is in solidarity with the arrested lawyers in Syria’s different cities, but once he said that some of the lawyers pro-regime stopped him and started an argument that lead to the presence of the Chief of Lawyers’ Bar Associations and the Attorney General. The Captain addressed the lawyers that this hall is for discussions and it’s neither for argument nor for the political negotiations, and all are the same under the homeland roof. Then one pro-regime chanted: no all are the same under Bashar patronage. The pro-democracy lawyers replied ‘Allah, Syria and freedom only….immediately the pro- regime lawyers started to assault their colleagues verbally and threatening them that they will tread them …then everyone was pulled out of the hall
