Latakia: Reports of the recent transfer of Dr. Muhammad Shaykh Ibrahim, 36 years old, to the hospital due to his deteriorating health. He has been detained since 5-6-2011 after he treated wounded peaceful protesters in the city of Latakia. Shaykh Ibrahim was recently referred to judgement on charges of inciting sectarian conflict, weakening nationalism, and concealing information related to felony, attacking the prestige of the state, conspiring against the state, and ruining relations with a foreign country!
