The road between Al Rastan and Talbiseh has been cut, snipers have been deployed widely around it to stop aids that are sent by nearby villagers from reaching the city.
Many of the crucial centres like clinics and pharmacies were invaded to make sure that all supplies are low, and supermarkets were cleaned from food supplies and only cleaning detergents were left on shelves. Also, Thugs and security looted stores and stole the most expensive equipments in there, and they loaded them in trucks.
