حمص : حملة اعتقال للناشطين في المدينة و اغلاق كامل لكل المحلات و حتى الدوائر الحكومية حيث قطعت الطرق الرئيسية و الفرعية و انتشر الجيش بشكل كثيف في المدينة و خاصة في الاحياء المحاصرة التي تمركزت عربات بي تي ار على مداخلها, كما تجوب سيارت مسلحة حي الخالدية تطلق النار بشكل عشوائي
